the not legal part would be telling them if you don't get the membership you are not going to get a console until they are available all the time.

If you do not like myself, or anyone else requesting 'A' (key word there) pre order stock for just Total tech members, then you've already made that clear....anything beyond that is trolling. No need for it really. 🤷♀️
