I sent a $100 Battle.net balance gift card to my brother as a late christmas present. The package just arrived yesterday, but it was $30 Steam gift card for some random game, Paladins Champions of the Realm??? I have never even heard of this game. He has not opened the gift card because he was also confused.
It's pretty obvious to me that an employee swapped the gift card intentionally in an attempt to steal from me. It was shipped out of a best buy in LA. There is no Best Buy around his area, and he is also handicapped.
I also tried to call support and was hung up on due to "technical difficulties."
This needs to be made right. Please help.

Thanks for reaching out. A $100 gift card for your brother to use, is a wonderful gift. I can understand having him open a package for a $30 different gift card and another game wouldn't have been welcome. I'd be happy to look into this with you to determine what options we may have to assist with this.
