Will my pre-order actually be available today?

Hey there,

 

I have Monster Hunter Rise Collector's Edition pre-ordered and it's meant to be picked up today but the order status is still in the following state: "We'll let you know when it's ready - A release date for your pre-order has not been announced. We'll let you know when it's ready.".

 

I've pre-ordered stuff for store pickup before and it's always been shown as ready for pickup before the store even opened and now we're halfway through the day and still no news. I feel bad because I've contacted support via chat about this twice (once yesterday and once this morning) but honestly their answers didn't actually give me confidence and I have this nagging feeling that the Collector's Edition didn't arrive at the store and will not be available today.

 

Would someone be able to triple check that it will be available today so I'm not waiting around for nothing?

 

Thank you so much and, again, aplogies for my impatience, just super excited to get my hands on this and already missed my chance to grab it during lunch hour.

Headed over to the store; turns out there was some kind of system issue with releasing the game today so after 30 minutes or so they had to cancel the order and then just sell it to me in the store.

 

Huge shoutout to Nelson from Best Buy in Woodland Hills for being awesome and his help in getting this sorted!
