It's understandable that you would like to start playing Persona 5, and that there are concerns about potential delays during this time. We do our best with every pre-order to ensure it’s delivered, or available for pickup, as close to release as possible by shipping it out at a level of service needed for it to arrive at your door on the release day. While we hit our mark the vast majority of the time, there can be logistics or supply issues outside of our control that may delay your order’s delivery. Mine still shows as delayed with the general
"Warning We're sorry, we're working on getting it to you soon. If we can't ship it by Thu, April 30, we'll let you know and cancel the order."
Now... I preordered way back in December (while I still had my GC membership) and I really don't want to see this get canceled... especially as this edition is sold out everywhere. Is there some way I can get in touch with someone to make sure it goes through for sure? I do not mind the delay at all, but I'm worried mine may be 'lost' in the kerfuffle.

You'll be lucky to get it at all! My Phantom Thieves edition is being returned to the warehouse and refunded apparently, and customer service told me there's nothing they can do to stop the refund or redirect the package. So upset.

Mine is the same - it was marked as "shipped" on 3/30, but only a label has been created. It's being delivered via UPS Next Day Air Saver when it actually gets handed over to UPS.
