Can't pre install a preorder when you don't send the codes out until after the games release. Less than ten hours until the new Pokemon game is out and I would like to have the game loaded on my Switch and ready to play when it's unlocked. Other retailers have sent out codes a few days ago but best buy still hasn't. Why is that?

Game unlocks in about 10 hours and I still haven't gotten my codes to be able to pre load it and "play when it releases". Any ETA or should we just cancel and order elsewhere?

So am I understanding that Best buy thinks the best solution for me is to cancel my pre-order.

Our system sends out codes automatically as soon as we are able to. If codes can be sent our earlier, you will get an email, if possible. So you mean to tell me I could right now order the codes and get them right now. But since I pre ordered I have to wait for your system to send them out. You guys need to fix your systems it's garbage.
