Thank you for your continued interaction with this post, and I appreciate you all reaching out to us for assistance regarding the Get $10 in Rewards offer for Watch Dogs: Legion.
With the game releasing over 20 days ago, qualifying pre-orders should have received the bonus 500 points in the My Best Buy™ account linked to the order. If you’ve not yet received your points, I’ll ask that you send myself, or another forum moderator (anyone with a username ending in “-BBY”) a private message with the following information:
I know a lot of you have already sent this information our way, so please know we’ll be answering these messages in the order they’re received, and I’ll thank you all in advance for your patience while we work to review these orders as quickly as possible. Hey all,
One more update! We’ve received word from our internal support teams regarding these bonus $10 in rewards, and it sounds like the PS5 version of Watch Dogs: Legion should be the only version still impacted at this time. I understand we’ll be implementing a fix for all impacted orders soon, so we’ll no longer need you to send us your private information going forward.
