Hello. I preordered this game, but did not receive my $10 reward bonus after receiving it. I spoke to a rep regarding the $10 reward, and he informed me that it was only available for the PS4. I informed him that it was also available for the PS5 as well. The product page still advertised the "$10 reward eligible" banner.
I took a screenshot of the item before purchasing it in case this very problem occured. I know I am not the only one who noticed this upon purchasing this item. It is part of the reason I decided to purchase it. You will have quite a few unhappy customers if Best Buy doesn't honor what they advertised on the product page.
I would appreciate this be investigated, not only for myself, but other people who made the purchase expecting to receive a $10 reward. If you need a screenshot of the product page, I would be more than happy to provide it.

Thank you for stopping by our community forums again. Getting a bonus $10 My Best Buy certificate is always great with a pre-order. I'd be glad to provide some more details about how this program works.
These points will typically be posted to your account 15-20 days after your game has been picked up or shipped. I do see that this game was released on Nov. 24 so there is still some time for these points to be added to your account.
If these points aren't posted by then please feel free to reach out to myself or another moderator and we'll be glad to take a closer look!

Preordered my PS5 one of the first few days it was available... Was pretty happy with Best Buy and passed up a few opportunities to buy one locally.
"Shipped" on release date and then no activity on the tracking number.
Today, I received an email from Best Buy saying the item had been returned... Lol, awesome. What the heck.
P.S. Still haven't received my $10 credits for PS5 Valhalla and Watch Dogs Legion... Games I should just return now since guaranteed they'll be cheaper by the time I actually find another PS5.
Let me end with: Mail Innovations is terrible. Stop using them.

2 weeks since release with no sign of pending points, and the regular points from the purchase have already posted. What's the protocol for ensuring we receive the points as promised from Best Buy?

Yeah, I had an awesome chat with rewards department that lasted almost an hour and a half. I got absoulutlely no where!
Then I called and they said teh PS5 version wasn't eligible but... the chat rep last week didn't say that at all. I even took a screenshot when I preordered Watch Dogs-Legion for the PS5 where it clearly said it was eligible. Hoepfully Best BUy can get this worked out for everyone.
