I bought a 50 dollar Eshop gift card hoping I could use it right away. It's been almost 10 hours and my order has still not completed. I would have used ANY other service if I knew it would take this long for a DIGITAL purchase. It's almost deceiving, and should be clearly printed that our orders will take over half a day... If you want your code right away, use a different service.
My question is, how can I recieve more information about my purchase other than "We'll email you when it's ready."

Nexy day...still have not recieved my DIGITAL code. I understand you guys could care less but can I recieve any customer support..

Welcome to our Best Buy forum community and thank you for taking the time to create an account to share this concern with us! I know when I purchase something digitally it is because I want to use it right away, so I can understand why you'd be annoyed that you still aren't seeing the code to use that $50 Nintendo gift card. Usually, a digital purchase should appear in your Digital Library within 30-minutes of placing the order. I know if I still wasn't seeing my purchase by now I'd be anxious, so thank you for saying something for us to look into what's going on!
Sometimes our emails can get pulled into a Spam, Junk or Promotion folder instead of going to the Inbox as intended. Have you checked those folders to see if your email with the code is there and that's what caused the delay? If you still aren't seeing the code, can you send over your full name, phone number, email and order number using the "Private Message" option in my signature below? That way I can look into your order to see what options we have to assist with this!
