I tried that over the weekend. 2K said it's not their problem.

Wow so are they not the vendor ? I’m confused on the problem. All they have to do is give us the amount we paid for in the console’s currency so we can buy it and this would be solved.

Great news. You should all receive your codes by the end of day today, September 14. Please keep an eye on your email and check your spam/junk folders just in case.
