Hello,

My order for NBA 2K22 on PC has been in the Preparing stage since 10 AM this morning. It says "We'll email you when it's ready to download. Usually within 1 hour."

I received a code for the preorder bonus, but still waiting for the game code.

Does it usually take longer than the proposed hour?

I'm waiting for my 2k22 for xbox series x... I called and they said many people are waiting with this game. I am so mad, I want to cancel and just go pick it up but I am using my points that expire in 3-4 days and I don't know if I'll get my points in time so I'm playing this waiting game!

I still haven't received my digital download redeem code for nba 2k22. Support keeps telling it will be sent in 2 hours. Nobody can tell me the reason for the problem.

Two calls to Best Buy 24 hours yield no support. I contacted 2K and they said it’s a Best Buy issue.

Bro I'm on my 4th call to best buy right now . I'm HEATED. I think best buy doesn't have the codes and won't til the work week starts... I'm missing out on all the 2kday locker codes

Looks like those codes are good for 6 more days thankfully.

OK good about the codes. I just got off the phone with them about an hour ago and the lady admitted to me that they haven't even received the codes from the distributer yet. My guess is Monday Tuesday we will get them smh

You can look in your account under digital orders and it may be in there for you to view the code. Sometimes orders take additional time to verify due to security measures so even though it said it would arrive at a certain time, orders at random are help for additional verification

They are having huge problems with this . no one has gotten it yet. From. What I hear BB hasnt even gotten the codes yet!
