My son has received two Steam gift cards as a Christmas present, however none of them are able to activate. I suspect, that they might have not been activated.
Both cards have been bought at a brick and mortar-store (Best Buy, Owings Mills, Baltimore), and I saw an earlier answer recommending going back to the store and try and solve the case here. However, we live in Denmark, Europe, so it would be a long trip just to make some gift cards work.
What can we do, to make the gift cards work as intended?
