I bought two PlayStation Network physical gift cards online from Best Buy, and just got them. I went to try redeem them and it's telling me that both cards are inactive. I saw where others had moderators telling them to message them with information. If a mod could please help me, then it would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome back to the forum! Despite the long wait for answers (thank you for your patience), you’ve certainly come to the right place for assistance. I certainly don’t want you to pay for a prepaid card you’re unable to unexpectedly redeem, so I’d be happy to help getting things up and running.
Before shipping PlayStation Network cards to customers, we should be activating them to ensure they’re able to be redeemed upon arrival. While not a common oversight, this step can sometimes be missed, causing redemption issues for our customers. I can’t say this is what happened for sure without first viewing your order though, so please know I’ll be sending you a private message to discuss this further.
