Why doesn't Best Buy offer a preorder for the Xbox version of The Show 21 : Jackie Robinson Edition ($85)?

Best Buy has that version for PS5 here :

They have Xbox "Deluxe" version of it, which includes a hat for $99, but I don't want a hat:

Almost every other major retailer has the $85 Xbox Version. Perhaps it's an oversight?
