Terrible customer service

I purchased a flight simulator software from Best Buy they sent me the code to download the program. I tried to download it and it doesn’t work. I contacted the support team and they can’t help me. They said I have to call or go to the store. I don’t have any vocal chords so I can’t call and I am totally disabled so I can’t drive. So I guess Best Buy got to screw me because I am disabled
