Hello,
I wanted to make a suggestion that Best Buy re-imagines/re-evaluates how it conducts online pre-orders for hot or in-demand items. Every time a limited edition or pre-order for a system goes live, it is impossible to purchase the item as bots get the entire inventory within seconds. This premise is evident from
1. The mounting listing from scalpers on eBay selling the product for double to triple the amount.
2. The fact the restock only lasts a matter of seconds.
3. And, from the voices of your customers on your website and platform discussing how they could not pre-order a product.
Best Buy should either set up a virtual queue for the pre-orders or make a customer verify they are human before a purchase is confirmed. At the end of the day, your loyal customers are being hurt by the current system, and it should be remedied.

We would like to learn more and formally document your feedback here within our Corporate System for internal review. To begin, please send me a private message with the item you were attempting to pre-order, as well as your full name, phone number, and email address.
