Well I actually did message you a few weeks ago and you never replied. I've been sent 2 codes now and both were incorrect. Both were for AE (which I already own anyway) and not Ultra, which was what was advertised. I really shouldn't have to contact Microsoft, especially considering other people are getting their codes...
