I'm afraid we don't have any updates from Microsoft at this time. We sent the codes we were provided, and I can understand your concern at not receiving the content you were expecting. While I trust this is a situation that will be remedied by Microsoft, you can be sure that we will update you here if anything changes from our end.

I pre-ordered and purchased SF 30th for Xbox One last week, and have yet to receive a code for USF4. I was e-mailed the one for AE only, and I already own that game. Not sure what I need to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have not received my code for PS4 either. Checked entire inbox etc.
Sent Michael a message, because attempting to message Gaming-BBY gives you the error "you cannot send more messages at this tim" despite just setting up an account and therefore, never sending a single message.
