I pre-ordered Rage 2 digital edition for PC over 12 hours ago and still have not received any email with my game code. The amount was already added to my best buy card, game is out in a little over an hour and still nothing. Where is my code?? Best Buy realy needs to be supporting Pre-downloading games because this is just ridiculous. This company no doubt loses so many sales because of this out-dated system.

Welcome to the Best Buy forum! Rage 2 is a highly anticipated game, so I totally understand your eagerness to play as soon as possible. Regarding pre-download of digital games before release, it’s my understanding that we’re currently unable to offer pre-downloading for most digital games, at this time. I appreciate your feedback about this, though. If you would like, you’re welcome to write in to IDEAX with your suggestion to offer pre-download for all digital preordered games.
While not applicable for this game, so you can be aware, if pre-download is offered for a future order, please know that it should be listed in the product description. At this point, as the official release for Rage 2 is today, you should be able to download your game. I see that you sent a private message to another moderator about your download code, so I’ll be replying to you privately regarding that message shortly.

Have you checked your Digital Libary associated with your Account?
Did you receive a confirmation email when you placed the order?
If not, and your card was charge, are you 100% certain your checking the correct email and the emial was entered correctly.

It sounds like you may have missed my private message about your "invalid code" concern. With the code you received from us for your game download, it's my understanding that you'll need to redeem from Bethesda's site, not Steam. If you try to redeem on Steam and not through Bethesda, that would likely be why you're seeing "invalid code" as an error. I would recommend trying that redemption via Bethesda's site. If you continue to have problems with that, let me know and I may be able to look further into the situation.
