I purchased 2 steam cards for in store pickup.
However, only one was activated.
Looking at the reciept, it appears the same serial number was scanned for both cards.
I need assistance with activating the second card.

I recommend visiting your local Best Buy, as they would be best equipped to assist with activating or possibly exchanging the gift card.

That's dissappointing Jack.
Litterally the previous 2 posts are about similar issue and have the BBY rep asking for the order information.
Any reason why my situation is different than theirs?
