Steam Wallet Card Not Activated

Hello, 

 

Sadly this is my 6th correspondance w/o a resolution. I ordered a  physical 100 dollar steam wallet card on the 23rd which came yesterday. 

I have reached out to various chat, called and emailed someone in the gift card department but everyone seems to be passing the buck? I have the chat log and ticket number if necessary

Welcome back to our forums, and thank you for reaching out to us for assistance.  I’m sorry to hear there seems to be an issue with the Steam Wallet card you’ve received from us, and your previous contacts with our other support teams haven’t resulted in the assistance you’re looking for.  While I can’t undo the frustration this experience has already caused, I would like to look into your order further, and see what we can do to get this resolved once and for all.
