I purchased a digital download for Little Nightmares on the PC. I received an email saying the download was ready. All it does is give me a download key with one number. That's not even a valid key to use for steam. Why is it not giving me a full key?

I just bought gta 5 via best buy download installed steam went to put the key in it says invalid key tried using bethesda no go there either.
