Hello,

I purchased a Steam gift card from Best Buy online just a few days ago and I am unable to redeem it. The error message suggested that the card may not have been activated. Can anyone kindly advise regarding this issue? Thanks!

Welcome to our forums!  I imagine it’s not easy using a gift card that hasn’t been activated properly, so it’s disappointing to hear this seems to be the case with the Steam gift card you’ve ordered from us.
