I purchased a $50 Steam Gift Card through your website:
Model: STEAM WALLET CARD - $50
This was delivered to my borther as a Christmas Present. When he tried to redeem, it has failed. He has been in contact and spoken with Steam and they have advised that Best Buy have not activated the gift card so they are unable to assist and it needs to be raised with yourselves. Can you advise how you could assist me?
I have the order number, and the photo of the gift card from my Brother

Welcome to our forums! My brother has been the type to give “experiences” as gifts over the past few years, so I’d be lying if I said I’d rather have a Steam gift card instead. As great a Christmas gift as it may be, it’s tough to utilize it when it doesn’t seem to be working properly, and I’m sorry to hear that seems to be the case with your card. All that said, I’ll be happy to assist and hopefully get that card up and running in no time!
