I pre-ordered Skyward Sword and now the day after release, i woke up with a "few days delay". All of that is fine. If it's not available, it's not available. My issue is that I am unable to cancel it via the webesite. As an elite member, I have proven to be a loyal customer to BestBuy and I would very much like to cancel this product. I will be happy to continue buying from bestbuy in the future but since the game was unavailable, unfortunately, i had to buy it else where. I am still a happy BestBuy customer... I just need to cancel this copy of Zelda: Skyward Sword. Can you help me cancel this game? I only want to cancel the game Zelda: Skyward Sword since I already own it.

Welcome back to our community forums. I know when I pre-order something I hope to start playing it as soon as possible so I can understand picking up this game elsewhere when you saw this delay. I'd be glad to provide some more details about the ordering process and what options may be available at this time.
Typically, we are only able to make changes to an order or cancel it within 30 minutes of it being placed. This time frame applies to all purchases, regardless of your My Best Buy membership level.
