I saw this show up a couple times in the forum, so I might as well try. I recently purchased Shovel Knight New Game Plush and picked it up at my local best buy. I was not provided a printed receipt but got on my digital receipt it does not show or mention anything about a digital code. I also checked in my email and did not find anything. I am needing help to resolve this matter. Thank you.

The issue is the way that the publisher issues the digital codes. The code is only printed on the physical receipt at checkout. Since you did not make the purchase in store a receipt was not issued, therefore the code was never generated and issued. I have submitted a refund for you, and your financial institution should reflect the credit on your balance within one full billing cycle.
