My Doom Eternal collector's edition status is still "Shipping delay" although my card has been charged. I also have not received any emails with further information about shipping, but the last email says "get it by 3/20" still. I'd be a bit surprised if it didn't ship 48 hours before it should arrive.

I preordered the PS4 version back in August and my status has not been updated to at least "Getting it ready".  I'd just like to know if it's been delayed or not.  It's not allowing me to change to pick up either

Placed my order June 9, 2019. Once the delay happened back last Fall, my order never reflected the March 20th day and has said "shipping delay". 

I called support multiple times and they pretty much tell me "we don't know when this is coming out" even though I try to explain to them it's March 20th, 2020. 

Mine still hasn't shipped, has anyone's shipped? I read other retailers are canceliing orders of this.

Pretty much the title here. My CE Order was split into two items, one for the Pre-Order Bonus custom Steelbook and another for the actual CE. I got an e-mail that stated my order was shipping but it only lists the steelbook. My card has been charged for the cost of the CE already (I've checked my bank statements). I've seen several other users post that they have the same exact problem and there doesn't seem to be an answer or resolution from any Best Buy admins/mods. I'm in quarantine away from my home and don't want to go all the way back to my home for just a steelcase. If I could get some clarification on what is actually being shipped it would help immensely. I don't see why the steelcase would be shipped on it's own but hey, stranger things have happened.

I pre ordered the collector's edition of Doom Eternal months ago, and ever since the game release was pushed back to today, the 20th, my order has said shipping delay. Despite this I've been told again and again that I would receive it on time. Well here we are on release day, you guys happily took my $200 days ago, yet my order is perpetually stuck in shipping delay status. If this company is going to lie to me, and charge my card without ever shipping my order than I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. Incredibly disappointed in best buys conduct in this situation.

I too ordered mine in June of 2019 and I received two shipping notices on the 18th from BB and two different tracking numbers as one is for the steelbook and the other is for the CE Edition for Xbox one. My steekbook will be deliverd today and there is a delay with UPS on my CE edition..UGH

I received my doom eternal steelbook today, and an email with the rip and tear online code. However my collector's edition shows a shipping delay, and i have not received it yet. Is there a delay overall, or is it just a glitch in my order. I recently had a glitch on my prior preorder of another game as well.

I would like to know when this will be shipped out. The status is still stuck in shipping delay with no delivery estimate or anything else. I already received my steelbook bonus and preorder codes. Now I would just like the game. Any idea what's going on?
