I also have not received my Collectors Edition or the 'Rip and Tear' Pack. I got the Steelbook for preorder and the DOOM 64 code but that's it. I've spoken to one person over the ph and one over chat support and they said it's the manufacturer (Bethesda) said that they would be getting them 'eventually' but no timeline.

Yes, my card was already charged. I didn't even get a Doom 64 code. It's supposed to be Doom 64, the "DOOT" player skin, and the bonus remix level, which was a big reason why I pre-ordered. At least I know I'm not alone...
Supposedly all codes have been sent out, but I never received mine. They said to call the customer support if you didn't get your code, but the wait time is "over 60 minutes". Best Buy really dropped the ball on this. I'm very disappointed.
I received an email on 18 March saying my Doom Eternals shipped. However, it never arrived and when I look at the tracking, it says that the label is created and awaiting UPS. Tried to get someone to look into this to no avail. Come on bestbuy. This is ridiculous!
