Hey all,

I pre-ordered a copy of Doom Eternal back on Feb. 6th 2020, and the whole time the email has said that it will be delivered on release day which is March 20th. However, today (Tuesday, March 17th) I have yet to be charged for my purchase nor has my order shipped.

I'm concerned my order won't be here by release day, which is really frustrating. Does Best Buy typically take this long to ship an item? It essentially has two days to reach me which, while not impossible, I don't have a lot of hope towards.

I have had a few game pre orderes shipped to my house and if I remember it was like 1 or 2 days before the game came out that my shipping tracker updated. I always received the games on release day. Hope that helps

Can't speak to whether or not the current situation with the Coronavirus will affect anything or not, but Best Buy has always typically waited up until the last minute to ship but it always arrives on release date for me. Sometimes even after not shipping until the day before.

I have only ever had one game not arrive on release day and that was becuase I ordered it 2 days before release

As of now, my order is "getting ready". I really didn't think they'd wait this long, haha.

Better status than mine! I'm still just pre-ordered but I think I'm close to a distribution center so it's usually right up against the release day.

aHHH phoey.

Last week my office decided to close down. I had Doom set to pick up from the BB across the street. Well now I am not going to be in that town when it comes out.  So I went online right away and changed it to pick up in my town.

I got a confirmation that it would be ready on SATURDAY.  Which is really acceptable considering I made a last minute change

Just in time as 20 minute later they charged my card. 

Now I just got a message letting me know it will be ready on Friday
