Shantae and the Seven Sirens No Code

I recently purchased the Shantae and the Seven Sirens plush; however, I have yet to receive the code for the game. It was not on my receipt, anywhere on my Best Buy account page, not even my junk mail. I contacted support but all I received was another copy of the receipt.

Welcome to our forums!  Getting a free game download with your purchase is a great perk, so I completely understand why you'd want to make sure you’re not missing out on your Shantae and the Seven Sirens game code.

 

Please know that this is a known issue that our Gaming Support team is currently working to resolve as quickly as possible.  Once we have more information, I’ll follow up with you here, but in the meantime, I recommend keeping an eye on your email inbox for any updates, and I’m optimistic you’ll be receiving your code soon.

Shantae and the Seven Sirens ""New Game Plush" missing code

I recently purchased a new copy of the Best Buy exclusive, "Shantae and the Seven Sirens New Game Plush" edition and unfortunately I did not receive a code for the game on my receipt as stated on the box and the website or within an email after my purchase. I contacted FanGamer and WayForward reguarding the missing code and was told to direct the inquiry to Best Buy since they are responsible for distributing the code.

Welcome back to our forums!  I can’t say I blame you for wanting to get your game code for your Shantae and the Seven Sirens plush purchase as soon as possible, and I appreciate you reaching out to us for assistance.

 

The last communication I received from our Gaming Support teams yesterday morning indicated this is an issue they’re currently working to resolve as soon as possible.  I’m hopeful these codes will be sent out soon, and once I have more information, this thread will be updated accordingly.  In the meantime I would recommend keeping an eye on your email inbox for any additional information regarding your code.
