I preordered the Deluxe edition of Monster Hunter Ride, but open the package to see the standard edition. I contacted support THREE times (the first two agents resent the pre-order bonus code email, which is a different thing?) and was told that they are out of stock for the Deluxe edition. This is annoying since I PRE-ORDERED it? But I said I'm okay with keeping the standard version, just refund the $10 difference, but they say THEY CAN'T?? They want me to go to a store in person to try to sort this out, which is a huge waste of my time and, you know, COVID! This is ridiculous!
tl;dr - Best Buy sent me the wrong version of Monster Hunter, doesn't have the right version in stock, and stole $10 from me. Look elsewhere for pre-orders, gamers.
