Pre-ordered a physical copy of Sekiro for PC, was given the option for release date delivery. Got a message the morning of that there is a delay, and there seem to be no copies in store nearby. No estimated delivery date. You guys are breaking my balls here.

Pre-orders should be fulfilled in the order they’re placed. I’m sorry that you might’ve received a delay email instead of your copy of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. Our Entertainment Pre-Order FAQs shares the following insight software and video games your pre-order will be shipped as soon as it's available for release. Using ground shipping, you should receive your software or video game order within 3–5 business days of its release (in rare cases, it may take up to 10 days). To ensure a speedier delivery, alter your shipping option when you place your pre-order and choose Two Day or One Day at an additional charge.

Nah, I called the support line and had them cancel it. First call they "promised" it would arrive Monday. Second call rep told me they had no idea when it would ship, just by Thursday maybe.
So I bought it off Steam instead, since BB can't be bothered to honor their release date delivery promise.

Count me in the same situation.
Preodered the PC version of Sekiro on March 5th. Day before release my order says In Progress (and still says in progress today 3-28).
Meanwhile the order says Shipping Delay, we all know its shipping delay due to taking more preorders than copies of the game provided.
Can't cancel it either since it is in progress.
So get it direct from Stream out of frustration since its been out for a week, and will gift this copy to my brother for his birthday, if it ever is actually shipped. At this point I am expecting it to hit the "If we can't ship it by Sat April 20, we will let you know and cancel the order"
Only reason I even ordered it from BB is because I had 25$ worth of reward points to use towards it. Since the death of GCU, just no point on getting anything from here unless you have reward points to spend or its part of the 10$ preorder promotion.

I know that you mentioned this copy would be a gift, but if you change your mind and would no longer need it once it arrives, you should be able to return it, so long as it remains unopened.
