Hey there,

I pre-ordered Scarlet Nexus for the PS4 last night and unfortunately, after visting my local store, it looks like my Best Buy won't going to get it in stock any time soon so I ended up picking up the PS5 version instead (I didn't pre-order that because it wasn't available for pre-order). 

I was wondering if there's any way to still get the pre-order bonuses if I cancel the PS4 pre-order since I don't need the game any more or if I have to wait for my store to get it in stock and then pick it up to get emailed the pre-order bonuses? They didn't have an ETA and I'd like to start playing the game soon with my bonuses.

Welcome back to our community forums. I know I like to pre-order games as soon as I can, especially if they have a bonus. I can understand wanting to add these bonuses to your game as soon as possible and would be glad to help you explore what options we may have to help.

Typically, these codes are generated once your order has been shipped or picked up so we would be unable to transfer them to your new purchase. With that said, I'd like to take a closer look at your purchase to see what may be possible.
