How many of us buyers have been PreOrdered and then later a $10 promo is added but then are told you must cancel and reorder. But the problem here is those whom used their GCU or Discount can never added back the price they bought it for. Now I am told to cancel and reorder - I say to this is a Lie they can just update but contacting BB on here is almost worthless. HOW many others have this issue where they can't offer the same price we bought it at only to say cancel and pay at higher price. Sounds more like a cash grab then HONORING PreOrder buyers.

Maybe it would be a good practice to not pre-order 21 months out but wait unitl it gets closer to release.

I have always waited until 3 or 4 weeks out to I can keep track of the differnt specials that are offered. and I have never had an issue

The $10 rewards are not authorized by BB they are authorized by the game developer/publisher.  

So they may wait a given period of time before offering it.

A reason you need to cancel it is a book keeping reason. 

There is no first in line with pre-orders.  You can be the first to pre-order or the last to pre-order. We are all treated the same.

Actually that is wrong I had previous PreOrder where items where Auto added without issue so to say it can't be done is pure dump. I had to call and call BB customer service for them to get myself a $10 certificate for ACNH when they told me it would auto add but never happened. And I PreOrder this far in advance of the release. You must've not know that when you used a GCU before it expired you don't get the same discount if you cancel a PreOrder. So your opinion is very flawed based here. Also if you didn't know PreOrder has a unknown close date so if you try to PreOrder before the release date you will not get any of the bonus items as they have all but allocated. So this is the reason other like me PreOrder in advance to not miss PreOrder Bonus. Or unless your williing
