I purchased 2 $25 Roblox gift cards and had them delivered to me. They were apparently not activated before they were shipped out, and the the local store refuses to help. Roblox support says they are unable to remotely activate cards. I am out $50 and am unhappy with the lack of customer service fro Best Buy.
