I picked up two $10 giftcards yesterday from best buy. They are both not activated. I followed instructions and redeemed them on a browser and not an app, and it says: this card is not active.
I contacted best buy customer care chat and after 40 min talking to someone, she made me wait then eventually told me she couldnt activate the cards.
I went back to the store today and they also told me they couldnt help me. Can someone activate these for me please?
