Just got my copy of Returnal in the mail and the case is completely broke. The entire top and side is shattered. It's sold out online and at stores too so nothing I can do about it. What a complete disappointment Best Buy
Can we get an official Best Buy Comment on this? It's now 5 days after release date and games still arent ready for pickup.
When will Best Buy have these orders ready?
What compensation will be provided for those of us that are waiting on orders that we placed months ago that had a promised release date that was missed due to something that is Best Buy's fault?
