I never received an email containing my Returnal Pre-order bonus for PS5. How do I go about requesting it?

Welcome to our forums!  I’ve heard a lot of great things about Returnal since its release earlier this year, and I’m glad you picked up your copy with us!

While there can sometimes be pre-order bonuses with a variety of games, it doesn’t appear Best Buy offered any with pre-orders of Returnal.  The only pre-order bonuses I’ve found so far appear to be for the digital version of the Deluxe Edition, and would have needed to be pre-ordered through the PlayStation Store.
