Resident evil 3 remake pre-order

Hey, I got a email from Best Buy stating that my Best Buy store is closed. I preordered resident evil 3 remake which I put $25 dollars down on it. My question is how am I going to pick up my copy of the game? I’m sure a lot of people preordered the game because resident evil 3 is a huge game. I see a post about curbside. Are you guys coming by my house to drop off the game and I have to pay the remaining balance? I’ll be upset if I don’t get my game and I did preorder it.

Your store is closed but you can drive up and they’ll hang it to you. It’s called curbside pickup.

Nah dude, I talked to Best Buy customer service and Best Buy said they going to cancel my other because of covid-19 since I live in New York covid-19 is worst here. I’m mad because I wanted the resident evil 3 steel book case with the game and now I’m going to be missing out on this.i had this game preordered almost over a month ago.

New York is in bad condition. I would have imagined they would turn your order into shipping instead. Can you try to do that? In any case, lots of games that come out after preorder still include a steel case if that makes you feel any better.

Best Buy customer service stated that we can’t not switch it to shipping because the system wouldn’t allow it. Because I preorder in the store
