A Resident Evil 4 steelbook appeared on Best Buy and was briefly offered for purchase but was quickly removed removed for purchase. Is this going to be available to those who pre-order the game?

It appears to be available again, but store pick up doesn't appear to be an option since it defaults to shipping.
