So I placed my order on 1/15 online for in store pickup but my pick up store just informed me that they do not have enough steelbooks to cover my pre-order.
Is there anything that can be done? Earlier in the thread a rep stated that any orders prior to 1/18 should get a steelbook.

I preordered RE2 on 1/16 and today tried to pick it with the game, but the store wouldn't give me one cause they said they only had 2 left for people who preordered it earlier? They said they only get a certain amount in stock. They basically said it's a first come first serve.
