I called BB CS multiple times yesterday after receiving an Xbox code instead of the PS code I should have rec'd. I was finally told there were getting multiple calls (I'll bet) and were working to resolve it. First agent told me to call EA, but it seems like they backed off that. I was later told that I would receive a corrected code within 24-48 hours...so we'll see.
I didn’t receive a code at all. Called yesterday and was told the email would come within 24 hours. Of course my kid tracked this to the minute and is now bugging me ever 30 minutes. If anyone gets theirs corrected or gets one they never did please post about it.
UPDATE: I received my corrected PS code at about the 52 hour mark from my Friday phone call, so they held pretty close to their quoted time for correcting the mistake. Hopefully the rest of you have also seen your new code start coming through. Enjoy!
My problem wasn’t exactly as mentioned here as I never received a code at all. If this is also your situation I would suggest going to the FAQ section, I pasted the link below, and follow that. I did get a phone call this morning and the email came through with the code.
