I too got the xbox code and have the PS5 version. Nothing from Best Buy yet either. They definitely drop the ball on this one.

@MeghanM-BBY Please read the post we received emails with codes the problem is people who preordered Playstation 5 version of Madden 23 got codes for XBox codes and those who preordered XBox version of Madden 23 got Playstation codes. So we are getting the emails be just can not use the code we got cause it's for the wrong system.

We have heard back from the internal support team regarding the swapped Xbox and PlayStation codes for the Madden 23 game. We have been told that the revised codes should have been sent out around 6 p.m. Friday night. If you still have not received your correct code in your email, please refer to the next steps in the Game Codes - Read Me First - Best Buy Support post.
