As the subject states,

Pre-ordered Madden23 for PS5. Shortly after pick-up I received my email with my code for pre-order bonuses but it is an XBOX/XBOX LIVE code.
Very frustrating. Help with this matter is greatly appreciated.

The opposite for me. And now chatting with CS and they are saying I need to go to EA for help. Nothing they can do.

Why would EA have anything to do with Best Buy sending the wrong system codes

Exactly. CS seems clueless. Wasted my whole lunch on chat. I was finally told they are working on a resolution. Hopefully they will resend emails

Same issue. But I preordered the Xbox Series X and got the PlayStation code instead. Not sure how this was botched.

Don't preorder ea games and don't preorder from best buy.

Same thing happened to me. I Preordered PS5 version and got a Xbox code sent to me instead

If only Best Buy would have competent workers that udnerstand exactly what the issue is. I received an XBOX code for a PS5 version of Madden 23, I do not own an XBOX. EA this year has gone from bad to worse, they did not allow a physical copy of the All Madden edition, so if you buy that version, unable to trade it in after you are done with it.
