I chatted with three different agents they all told me different info. 5-15 min, 1-2 hours , and the third hung up on me. The last chat with agent disconnected at 8 purposely when they closed and now I can’t get ahold of anyone. I asked to speak to supervisor and one agent refused. One said there is no supervisor. Best Buy has the worse customer service. My opinion ! But there quick to take my money
