I was gifted a gift card for Steam from a Best Buy location last year and when I got home the redemption code on the back didn't have enough numbers. I have the card and the original receipt from Best Buy that my friend received when purchasing the card.
I have opened multiple tickets with Steam who just ambiguously say that a vendor will reach out to me but then they close the ticket and I never receive any vendor communication or email (yes, I check my junk mail).
I have also contacted Best Buy multiple times to no avail.
Please let me know if you can assist and what details you would require.

Welcome to our forums! I imagine using a Steam card without the proper amount of numbers would prove difficult, and it’s disappointing to hear your previous contacts with Steam haven’t gotten the results you were looking for.
