Also, the digital DLC pre-bonus is now listed as included with purchase but no mention of this digital pre-order bonus code on my pre-order receipt which I purchased before the digital DLC bonus was listed as included.

I presume the digital DLC bonus code is included inside the game package so there shouldn't be an issue with the pre-order bonus not being listed on my receipt... I'll still get the digital DLC bonus, correct??
