I know this is an older post but I too have been burned by Best Buy with games being damaged and I fully agree BUBBLE WRAP IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.  Just Today I recieved Metroid Dread Special Edition and it was packed in just bubble wrap and the corners of the box are all smashed in, not only that but they stuck a big "Ship To Home" sticker on it with my name and address - this does not look like it would come off without tearing the box.  Considering these are sold out everywhere I am stuck with it and no way am I going to return it because I am sure they would not be able to replace it and even if they did they would use the same shipping method... bubble wrap and big "Ship To Home" sticker ruining it yet again.  <sigh>


GAME COLLECTORS BE WARNED.. Best Buy shipping with inferior packaging will almost always cause damage to games you order.  Same with Amiibo's, I have yet to have an Amiibo from Best Buy arrive without some sort of damage to its case (I don't open them).
