I am experiencing the exact same thing. I purchased an EVGA RTX 2060 XC Ultra and did not receive a code via email or on my receipt. Yes i checked my spam folder. I have call EGVA and Nvidia and they all tell me to call best buy. I have called the store and they claim there is nothing they can do about it.

Getting free items is a great bonus to making a purchase with us, however, it’s difficult to take advantage of such a bonus when the code to redeem your free item never arrives to you. I’m sorry to hear your code may not have arrived as expected, but I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction to resolve the issue.
