I have this same problem
I had game pre-order back in 2019 and before the game came out I asked someone via the chat system and they said it would be applyed
Game came out and I've gotten it now and waited a while
Never got it so I reachout someone via chat again they say they can't and that past person LIED TO ME and they STILL can't do anything
So here I am
