I just got a refund and than bought through Nintendo like I should have to start. I will never buy a digital code for a game from best buy ever again

Just called the number listed and said I want a refund because they took my money and never delivered the code

That’s what I did too, and same here. Love how the support does nothing to help on here besides police words they don’t understand and think are derogatory and ignore requests for clarification, as if any of us were on here for fun?? We were all on here because we got messed about.
